The retail worker (food seller, non-food seller and cashier controller):
organizes the general framework for opening and closing the store;
carries out the sales process;
collects payment for the goods sold;
presents the food products available for sale;
promotes the image of the store;
maintains stock and the necessary reserve cash;
prepares the documents specific to sales activity.
Dual education for Cashier Controller
During the study period, the apprentice student benefits from:
- A monthly scholarship paid by the vocational education institution according to the legal and regulatory provisions in force;
- Mandatory medical insurance covered by the vocational education institution;
- Social insurance;
- An apprenticeship salary paid by the economic partner, in addition to the monthly scholarship, amounting to at least two-thirds of the guaranteed minimum salary in the real economy sector;
- Accommodation in the dormitory of the vocational education institution;
- Where applicable, the economic partner may provide transport and meals free of charge for apprentice students.
